Gabriel Builders is looking for an experienced Landscape Design Associate with an eye for detail and excellent design skills to join our award-winning design+build team.
We are a luxury, high-end custom home builder centrally located to serve the Greenville, Lake Keowee, and Asheville areas as well as all seven Cliffs Communities.
Our multi-million dollar homes are award-winning on the state and national levels.
Detail, craftsmanship, and care can be found in each one of our handcrafted homes.
Under the direction of the Director of Landscape Design, you will work alongside a talented team of residential designers, project managers, interior designers, and crew members to bring our clients dream homes to life.

You will combine artistic skills with practicality to ensure the landscape is both beautiful and functional.
Essential responsibilities include:
Produce CAD and PDF plans and details of project design sketches Assemble and email PDF drawing sets for client approvals, pricing releases, and ARB submittals Perform take-offs of materials and create project cost estimates Customize LAND F/X database of plants/photos/materials/etc You must have a basic understanding of computer file management, a minimum of 5 years experience in the landscape design industry, and a minimum of 2 years experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Dropbox.

Please note that 3-4 hours of drafting will be required as part of the interview process.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
