Summary:
Responsible for providing daily analytical support, cost analysis, and key business-decision activities to manufacturing and management for multiple facilities.
Provide data and analysis, designed to help target efforts.
Analyze a variety of operational metrics, develop data modeling and maintain reports.
Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system initiatives.
Assist in:
forecasting, observing results, identifying trends, and creating operational metrics as needed.
The individual will assist in monitoring to assure consistency, accuracy and credibility of financial and manufacturing data.

Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors.
Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Develops and maintains operational reports.
Individual will manage large amounts of information regarding current and historical metric data.
Performs audits on manufacturing data, investigation of variances, and ensures corrective actions are taken as necessary.
Provides strategic reporting and business analysis for manufacturing operations.
Assists in management of physical inventory counts.
Studies a variety of metrics and develops data modeling.
Assists in forecasting, measuring results, and identifying trends.
Applies continuous improvement to reporting and analysis; creates new metrics as needed.
Monitors unit cost variances, buildup of cost standards for materials and labor.
Interprets monthly/ quarterly plant financial information and explains variances.
Ensures standard costs are accurate and overhead allocation methodologies support business structure.
Prepares cost analysis of current or potential products, including manufacturing time studies.
Identifies opportunities to drive cost reduction across all factory and product cost pools (materials, labor, variable & fixed expenses, capital and inventory).
Develops plant utilization and capacity analysis Ensure the plant financials are in compliance with US GAAP Works effectively with manufacturing and management to communicate insights.
Makes recommendations to management in support of budget, strategic planning and forecasting processes.
Work closely with business development, engineering, manufacturing, materials management and plant management to develop and prepare quotations and commercial proposals for both new and existing programs.
Assists in management of the ERP system.
Individual with help to establish guidelines, maintain/develop documentation of procedures/policies, and provide first level of support.
Maintains proper internal controls over all plant assets, including raw materials, finished goods, supplies, machine parts, and capital equipment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in manufacturing environment, inventory management, and ERP system development a plus Strong analytical skills Knowledge of General Accounting Principles Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics or related field CPA/CMA a plus Minimum five years' experience in manufacturing with cost analysis responsibilities of 3 years or more.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Some travel required Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
