A large, multi-acre fenced shaded grass field also features an automatic waterer to complete the more than adequate safe turnout space. 3 large run in sheds provide shelter for the dry lots and the grass turn out field. Fencing is predominately single board with "no-climb" horse wire to the ground. All 12 paddocks include an additional ribbon of electric fence on top. Paddocks 1, 2 & 3 are separated by lanes - just for those horses who shouldn't be touching noses across the fence.
